Initial Complementary Consultation

 

To those living within a 30 mile radius of GU15, we are able to offer an initial complementary consultation. We will come to your home to hold a one hour free initial meeting where we listen to your requirements and discuss your objectives.

 

Before we arrive, we will ask you to complete our Style DNA Questionnaire so we can delve deeper into your desired interior scheme. We analyse our clients personality traits and how you live in your home which will help us create bespoke schemes should you proceed to the next stage.

 

We believe in personal touches which, without costing the earth, say this home was made just for you. 

 

Creating the Design and Costings

If you wish to proceed after the initial consultation, we start the creative process and will provide you with design routes which will include. 

 

• 2 colour schemes

• Exact furniture recommendations and selections

• Carpentry/storage options 

• Accessories selection

• Fabric and trim selections and samples

• Lighting recommendations and selections

• Flooring and floor covering selections and samples 

• Window covering designs (with supporting samples)

• Paint and Wall Covering selections 

• Art selections

• Collation of an excel budget with trades/third party quotes

 

A separate fee is charged for:

• A CAD floor plan to scale showing furniture and floor covering placement

• Wall Elevations to scale showing window coverings, lighting and art placement

 

Project Management 

Once a design has been signed off, and the costs/budget agreed, you can then engage our services to project manage and implement the room design. Here we bring to life the design, leverage our invaluable bank of trusted trades and suppliers culminating with room staging and styling. 

 

Deadlines and Timing Plans

Springbok and Rose aim to deliver in an efficient manner and therefore will need you to make decisions within a scheduled time in order to remain on target. A full timetable will be produced for each and every room design so you can see what needs to be done and by when.
